Founder and Chief Wellbeing Officer of Pathfolk, Molly Leis Cornelius, brings over 20 years of global experience spanning leadership development, brand strategy, and consulting across Asia Pacific, Europe, and the U.S.
Her early career included roles at LVMH, Estée Lauder, Saks Fifth Avenue, Bloomingdale’s and GQ—refining her sensibilities and commitment to empathetic communication. She later built a global consultancy advising brands and organizations on alignment, identity, and growth.
Today, she guides individuals, senior leaders and their teams through change with experience, poise, and relational depth. Her facilitation style is grounding, open,
and rooted in self-belief. Molly nurtures vulnerability, trust and meaningful connection with others.
Previous Experience
Molly has worked with some of the world’s leading luxury, beauty, retail and media brands in executive
and consulting roles. Her experience directing brand programs, trainings, and strategic growth initiatives
informs Pathfolk’s distinctive approach to executive coaching and leadership facilitation.
